It assesses students’ computer and information literacy (CIL) and, optionally, their computational thinking (CT) skills. The study explores how students use digital tools to investigate, create, and communicate effectively in educational, professional, and societal contexts. It also examines the educational policies, practices, and resources that shape these skills, providing valuable insights for educators and policymakers worldwide.
